During today's press conference about the economy, The Tyrant apparently said something to the effect that Congress needs to step up and take responsibility for the health care needs of America's poor children - no doubt in response to recent public statements by Presidential hopefuls Clinton and Obama regarding their proposed health care agendas.
Meanwhile, Bush had threatened a veto should the House and Senate (I believe entities also collectively known as "Congress") try to pass any bills that would make the
State Children's Health Insurance Program (S-CHIP) available to more kids.
