There's a lot of talk about this guy, David Rober McMenemy, who attempted to blow up an abortion clinic by ramming his vehicle into the building and setting it on fire.  He walked away with 2nd degree arson.

Now, the bulk of the criticism points to this question: "why wasn't he tried as a terrorist?".  Hmm.  They say because he was a Christian.  ( Read more... )
