Итак, трек отследили, написали, что все ок, но вернули деньги только за 1 вещь. Написала опять с вопросом, что со второй. Пришел ответ

я не понимаю, в чем дело, что за письмо, куда, и что они хотят и почему не возвращают деньги? Помомгите разобраться
