Возврат в Amazon

Купила у Амазона 2 пары обуви со скидкой 25%, одна пара мне оказалась маловатой и я долго решала, оставить ли их и пытаться растянуть или вернуть, в итоге решила вернуть. Стоила эта пара до скидки 97,5$, со скидкой 73,13$.

Так как срок возврата товара истек, я написала в саппорт письмо с вопросом, можно ли вернуть туфли, указала наименование товара и все его реквизиты из заказа. Мне прислали в ответ письмо:

We accept the return of Shoes merchandise as long as it's returned in new condition within 30 days of delivery. We'll issue a full refund for most items returned unopened, undamaged, and with original packaging, parts, and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Items that don't meet our returns guidelines will receive partial refunds.

Туфли отправила, написав им письмо и приложив копию чека за почтовые услуги (392 руб.). В ответ пришло почти одновременно 2 письма:

Ссылки одинаковые в трех письмах, там форма о возврате товара, все заполнила. Сумма 10,85$ по курсу подходит под сумму за доставку.
Чуть позже приходит новое письмо:

И тут у меня вопросы появились. Во-первых, они в своем письме указали неверный товар, за который мне возвращают деньги (хотя я в истории заказов напротив нужного товара жала кнопку о возврате, и в первом письме тоже указывала реквизиты правильной пары). Во-вторых, что это за 14,47$, из которых они отнимают 25% и получают 10,85$, которые они мне вернули за доставку? Они мне за товар возвращают 10,85$ всего?

Написала им письмо с этими вопросами, но уже 5 дней мне из Амазона не отвечают. Помогите разобраться.
UPD: В чате проблему решили, сделали полный возврат средств за товар и за доставку от меня до Амазона.
