(no subject)
So moved in yesterday, but I dont have a key or anyhting because I wasnt about to wait in the HUGE frikkin line to check in. I was going to do it today, but Walmart took a lot longer than it should have (I think in total we spent like $300, maybe more).
Last night was the official break-in party. Ended up with Marc, Nick, Jessi, Bridgette, Beth, plus the four of us who live here. Unfortunately I was far too tired to drink, and then my chinese food decided to get in a fight with my body, so I slept. A lot. And well. Actually, I want to be asleep again, but Im unpacking and when I finish that Im going to take a much needed shower. Had to wait till we bought a shower curtain.
I did such a bad job packing. I did most of my packing between like 2 and 4 am, slightly intoxicated. I left the power cable for my speakers so I had to buy an adapter at Walmart, I brought the lamp part of my Lava Lamp, but left the lava-y part. Lame.
Im glad to be back. Im going to have to get my ski down here somehow. Fuck, maybe I'll just keep the van! haha
I'll post pictures of the apartment later. It's pretty rad. I just need to get some decoration up in this bitch. For now I am content with our kitchen being stocked.
