The invisible jackhammer
I'm two episodes into The Franchise and wondering if anyone else is watching it. I enjoy parts of it but since it's about a film set in Hollywood the abuse, manipulation, and gaslighting are sometimes off the charts and a bit difficult for me to deal with as a viewer. (Series pitch: comedy behind-the-scenes look at the chaos of trying to film a superhero movie in a connected universe that's like the MCU.) Neither are the main character, but my faves are the bitchy theater actor playing a side character called the Eye in a ridiculous costume (portrayed by Richard E. Grant) and Daniel Brühl as the director.
