Wednesday I
* drove to Long Island to see my pain management doctor
* carried laundry to my car and in and out of a laundromat to wash and dry it
* visited my dad
* visited four stores for grocery shopping
* drove over 100 miles total
* brought my laundry and groceries, including a new 100 fl. oz. bottle of liquid laundry detergent I just bought, and two packages up three flights of stairs
* put away my laundry and remade my bed with fresh sheets
* removed everything from our fridge alongside sane roommate and brought it all down to the unused fridge on the second floor in a few trips since she has to try to fix our long-failing refrigerator before our very cheap landlord will even entertain the idea of buying us a new one that'll actually work properly instead of being a dark, forever leaking mess.
Then I went to bed earlyish because damn.

This due South vid by Luminosity is so good and gives me such nostalgia. (Its arrival is even kind of timely since I'll be driving to New Jersey Saturday to visit a fan friend I made through dS in 1999 to see John Wick 4 with her.)

I've been getting earwormed so much this week. First, it was "Weird Al" Yankovic's "Toothless People" for days. (When I first heard it, I thought he was referencing Leonard Cohen's music, but it turns out it was actually for a Mick Jagger song.) Then, watching RuPaul's Drag Race stuck Kenny Loggins' "Footloose" in my head. Finally, driving my youngest niece to a party in Brooklyn while we played Bo Burnham's Outside and sang along to it in my car led to me having "Comedy" running through my brain for a few days.
