A few days ago I killed a massive roach in my bathroom, since my roommate makes me kill all the bugs ever. So big that it took me two minutes to get over being frozen in shock while internally cringing in horror. I flushed it down the toilet. At 4 a.m. this morning, I went into the bathroom and saw another large roach partially out of the ceiling vent in the bathroom before it climbed back up inside it and too far up for me to see anymore while I was frozen in horror and "hell, no."
I live on the third floor of a three-story walk-up, so why the hell are they up there (on the roof)? How many of them are there?!!??!!!
