Time Keeps on Ticking

Nobody and nothing answered the phone at my congressman's office, supervisors and directors weren't in at the Medicaid eligibility phoneline either due to the holidays or the two feet of snow, and my local Medicaid office's phoneline kept me on hold for 30 minutes before telling me to enter only my 10-digit phone number so somebody might someday get back to me.
