Turns to Black
the_other_sandy helped me with my original iTunes difficulty, but I've run into an odd problem. Some of the songs show the right artwork from the automatic album artwork match in iTunes and Get Info's artwork section, but on the Nano viewscreen itself the "cover" is just all black. There are at least three albums like this.
Any suggestions? I'm tempted to try a Restore to Factory Conditions and see if that helps, but that can be a scary step to someone with my history of finding odd ways to ruin tech. Should I find an image source and put new album artwork in manually to see if that makes a difference.
ETA: Some songs show the wrong album artwork in the Nano but the correct artwork in iTunes. The hell?
