When I called today they said again that my case notes said I hadn't included a medical history, but when I spoke to Johnston there she said they had it and that she'd already started to send out letters to my doctors. Way to do a "left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing" situation while simultaneously scaring hell out of me.
My legal services people said they'll call and see if we can expedite the exchange of medical records, since legal had me start requesting some of my records back on the 11th. I'm still considering sending a letter to my congressman and a heads-up letter (per vom_marlowe) to the insurance company. If I could figure out a way to contact Health and Human Services I might do that too.
