You're Kidding, Right?

When I called my company's insurance people about my disability today, they confirmed that they received my envelopes on June 21 but said that I hadn't included a medical history even though I'd enclosed a six-page Word document listing all my doctors, prescriptions, and medical tests. I left a voice message for the person I was told to speak to saying it was in there and asking her to please call me back to confirm it.

I created a letter for Congressman Weiner asking for help with this kind of delaying bull and will mail that out tomorrow. I'm also mailing out the new round of paperwork Social Security sent me for disability then.

Stuff like this is why I haven't posted any new "Glass Houses" this month.

ETA: I've faxed my Medical History for $7 to the fax number I found within my paperwork. Unfortunately, I'm now worried that the name I put it to the attention to may not exactly match anyone's who works there due to me possibly mishearing it. No one is in the office there now to accept my call, so I'll have to call tomorrow morning about the fax.
