I started having pain, dizziness, and nausea in physical therapy and afterward today. My physical therapist wasn't sure if I should drive home, but I'd already sat there for 45 minutes, and it was only a 10-minute drive.
I wish I knew why I had such a decline today. My physical therapist says upper cervical injuries are rough like this.
