[Brennan is just wandering down the hall, probably on her way to the library. She's got a small, almost-but-not-quite humanoid skull in her hands, and she's passing it between them like a softball.

A noise behind her. She turns, and kafpafhapfnain whatthefuckisthat?!!?!!!!

She drops the skull, and when it hits the suddenly concrete floor it shatters. The noise excites the beast.

Then it charges.

She breaks into a run, tripping up slightly in her high-heeled boots. She manages to get some distance between herself and the hunter as she sprints down the hall in near-blind panic. Skidding around the corner, she looks over her shoulder to see how close--

She's stopped cold as she hits something hard, but oh so familiar...]

Simply minding his own business, the tyrant close behind him, Wesker continues down the hall at a relaxed pace, smirk plastered to his face. He's about to round the corner when a;sldkjfl;dsajf!! He catches the person, the tyrant at his side in an instant, claws at the ready.]

So he's holding Brennan by the shoulders. But imagine he's holding a 5'9" cat who is absolutely freaked right the fuck out. Like at bath time. Or dogs in the room. Or, y'know, you're showing your cat to your new friend, who just sneezed. Because that's how she's acting.

In her frenzy, she happens to look to the side and catches sight of the tyrant with it's claws all bared.

Suddenly becoming very aware that she's being restrained, she goes completely rigid, eyes huge and locked on the tyrant.

[Wesker has to work hard to hold back a chuckle as she has her little freakout in his arms. In no way was the hunter going to harm her, but...it must have been terrifying all the same. Exactly what he was going for with this little prank of his.

He looks to the side and nods, the tyrant backing away to stand behind him once again. He also allows for the hunter to disappear.]

It will not harm you, Doctor Brennan. [You can bet your socks that his voice is as calm as ever to help her relax.]

[Wesker watches from afar as Nagi fights with and eventually destroys one of the creatures from his world. Poor thing...

Fortunately for Nagi, it really doesn't take him all that long to curb check the thing.

[Ryuho is a little startles by the hunter that jumps out at him. Summoning his alter and attacking the creature is reflex.]

[Wesker continues down the hall, tyrant close behind. However, he's stopped in his tracks when he sees Ryuho defend himself against one of the hunters he has created. He's definitely impressed with the power and speed of the alter.

He begins walking toward the other, making sure to remain as quiet as possible so as not to startle the other. And then CRASH! Good job, T-002, for knocking over a nearby table.]

[Wesker allows for what remains of the hunter to disappear in a green mist.]

Good morning, Ryuho. [He stops, the tyrant just behind him.]

[Spencer's very much bewildered by what's going on in the Mansion. The rebelliousness that seems to be manifesting itself elsewhere is struggling against her usual rational mindset. She hasn't really tested her imagination skills yet, since she's a bit busy WTFing at everything.

And now there are monsters. So by the time she finds Wesker, she's just relieved to see a friendly face. Even with the creature at his side]

[Already having been met by a number of the other residents, Wesker was beginning to enjoy himself in watching the residents either flee from or fight the hunters and lickers. At the same time, he was gathering battle data of his own in watching such fights take place. The creatures were ruthless and fast, but! Wesker still didn't feel it necessary for harm to come to the residents. No, he did not need that kind of suspicion.

But! As always, he's cool as a cucumber as Spencer approaches him.]
Are you referring to the creatures around us? [A licker approaches them from behind, the tongue slowly tasting the air.]

[Oh dear hell what is that? She's trying not to freak out but it's not easy]

That...wasn't all I was referring to but since it's the most pressing matter at the time being I'll say yes, I am.

[He notices her reaction to the licker and allows for it to disappear into a red mist.] The licker you just saw, along with the creature behind me, comes from my world.

[The tyrant walks to stand beside Wesker.] This is the T-002, one of the...monsters created to be used as a biological weapon. The host is infected by the tyrant virus and is transformed into this. My aim is to combat the tyrant virus, thus I felt it necessary to create one to study and analyze for the research.

[ Upon spotting Wesker Bhamba instantly means to compliment him on his fascinating entourage, but once he steps closer he finds himself instantly presented with a problem too big or miniscule for that matter to ignore. ]

[ Bhamba flinches back, but after years at his company the surprise at being pounced by some sort of mutant animal only lasts for so long.

He looks at the hunter, then back at Wesker. ]

Of course. That specific creature is what's known as a hunter. They can be remarkably fast...Almost hard to believe it was once human.
