As someone who plays Rinoa I'd say that it depends on the situation? I mean even in the actual game she does admit that she thought she'd loved Seifer. With the situations working out a different way I don't see how that love couldn't remain and how it might not lead to ah, a more physical connection as you put it. Especially if it's been a rather romantic night and he's looking especially handsome in a new uniform. Just saying. Just how physical it'd get I couldn't say, maybe not quite as far as Seifer would like, but that's how life works. Ultimately it'll depend on how the scene works out. So..
