I feel kind of chatty today, so you guys get to put up with my ramblings (unless, of course, you don't. lol).
I had a nightmare last night - two, really. It's kinda of weird, since I almost never dream (and seriously like half of my dreams are about the Zombie Apocalypse xD Not sure what that says about me). Last night's were both very similar - they both centered around me losing my husband to another woman. Which is really weird, because I have literally never worried about that, ever. O_o I mean, I'm not exactly supermodel material here, but Aaron finds me extremely attractive at least, and he's honestly my best friend. So I dunno what that's about, but it was really unpleasant to wake up crying and upset and stuff.
I don't really talk much about my non-game/anime/book fandoms, but I am a huuuuge Supernatural fangirl. The thing is, the SPN fandom is batshit fucking crazy. The primary ship is Sam/Dean (also known as Winchestercest) and RPS between the two lead actors, Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, abounds as well. The fandom is so crazy that they've actually addressed the proliferation of Sam/Dean fic IN THE SHOW, having Dean react (hilariously) with basically "O_O DON'T THEY REALIZE WE'RE BROTHERS? EW." As much as I freaking love SPN, it certainly offends the feminist in me, since there are absolutely no non-evil strong female characters. They introduced two back in season 2 or 3 (a mom and daughter team, Ellen and Jo), with Jo being introduced as a possible love interest for Dean, and the fandom threw such a huge fit that the creator vowed to never bring in another non-antagonist main female. All because a bunch of crazy fangirls felt threatened by a fictional woman who might steal away their fictional 'boyfriend.' *eyeroll* The anti-het sentiment among fandom bothers me just as much as the anti-slash/yuri/whatever sentiment does (though for completely different reasons).
In less grumpy news, my favorite character (Castiel the trenchcoat angel) is being made a bad guy and there's fighting between him and Dean and it's so upsetting ;_; *loves Cas and Dean* They make the most hilarious combination! And there's a seriously sweet camaraderie between them. Also, I feel like someone on the SPN writing team has read Good Omens, 'cause there's an angel and a demon teamed up to stop the apocalypse (and the demon's even named Crowley! rofl)
Finished Interlude today. It was pretty mediocre, especially since it was advertised to last 15 hours - it took me about three. Depowered my characters by 25 levels, gave them crap equipment, and forced me to go through the same dungeons I went through in the main game, getting the same equipment. All to find out that Yang's wife had a kid named Ursula, Rosa got pregnant, and something impersonated Rydia for a while. Whoopdie. I guess that means I can get to AY faster.
