My sister has some kind of nerve damage in her legs *and* RLS, but her appointment with the specialist (who, apparently, got it the second she walked in unlike the other doctors who just said, "So, your legs hurt, huh?" for months on end) got pushed back 'til after Thanksgiving. Her meds stopped working and ran out. I just made her some Green Tea ( Read more... )

Well, Saturday school is supposed to happen in about seven hours. Yet again, I have managed to neglect time and my physical/mental well-being: it is 2:45 am on a Saturday morning; the fact that this is a weekend isn't an excuse to shrug as I've had, collectively, about twelve hours of sleep since Tuesday. Tonight is Chaz's last night here, and I promised to watch Saving Private Ryan with him. I'm always up for a war movie, it's a break from all these romantic comedies, but there wasn't much time before. Now, the dishes are done, no one's visiting, and the morning is young.
