I think I'm actually going to be using dead week for its ostensible purpose this quarter. Studying and doing last minute homework until I drop. With 165 logic proofs to go, and 15 or so pages of Russian, not to mention three or so chapters of reading for Anthro, and the reading that accompanies the Russian and Logic homework, I think this week will ( Read more... )

I did it. 50k words down on paper, in file, whatever. I got it down. I skipped around a bit in the end, to get the important scenes in, and it's not truly near done, because like most NaNo novels, it's complete crap at this point and in need of a rewrite or twenty. But I still got 50k! And that makes me extremely happy.
