Enough, Already
Yes, we realize it’s been a week and a half, a whole week and a half! Hardly a disaster. I’m getting tired of speaking my life to a computer: what does the computer care? I feel so locked away here in our third straight month of studying. I haven’t seen any of our friends lately; for all we know Maira & Caila and William & Andrew and all the rest have died or forgotten us. There’s now way we’re going to know until the day of the exams. We’ll at least see William & Andrew there, and our HT mates who all think they’ll get into the Universitat. I bet they all did better than we - no, excuse me - I did. I don’t want to finish the science exam for the sole reason that thereafter the proctors will hand me my Language Writing results and I cannot stomach the idea of that.
