I don't know what to do

OK so I've been at my medical coding job for almost 3 years. It was supposed to be a for now job and I've never been happy here. The management is ridiculous and unprofessional choosing to believe gossip and here say instead of getting the facts. I've put up with a lot of bs here in the past 3 yrs. Like I haven't gotten a raise in 3 years and how the cheat you of vacation time. Anyway I got a part time waitress job and I realized how unhappy I am at my full time job. Now I'm thinking it might be time for me to move on but I dunno.
