What would you do?
Ok I have a question. I was getting gas tonight and a woman came up to me and asked if I could help her out with some gas. She said her grandmother was in the hospital and was about to be taken off life support. She said she only had $1 on her. So I said I could help her out and put $10 of gas in her car. My stepbrother who was with me said I shouldn't have helped her. Now, normally I would say no but my sister in laws grandmother passed yesterday and she didn't get to see her before she passed. He thought it was a scam but to me she seemed genuinely upset. What would you have done?
