I tried a cupcake experiment today.  I learned that I am not good enough at baking to make up my own recipe.  I wanted chocolate cupcakes with a hint of spice, and pumpkin frosting with a hint of cream cheese.  I got NUTMEG! cupcakes with a hint of chocolate, and cream cheese frosting with a hint of pumpkin.  Oops.  Oh well, they don't taste that ( Read more... )
