I have carpal tunnel in both hands, and every once in a while my arms or fingers will go numb, which is a pain in the arse to be sure. But it's really a weird sensation when just one or two fingers goes numb while the rest of the hand keeps working just fine. Like, just now my pinky and ring finger went numb while I was typing. My mother was vastly amused this morning when she watched our next door neighbor try to back out of the driveway, only to get stranded in a snowdrift.
