So, dear Grey's, I have a few questions.

For I'm really confused right now.

I think some very important scenes got lost in the cutting room or somewhere.

1. did Lexie, Mark ever visit Alex in the hospital, and did he acknowledge what they did, in some way?



2. did Alex, Lexie, Mark ever TALK ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED IN THAT DAMN ROOM? Was Lexie's response to Alex in the kitchen the first time the Izzie/ILY issue ever came up? (And, I almost forgot, there's STILL no answer to Mark's speech in 6x22)



3. when and how did Alex and Lexie break up? Did she leave him before he left the hospital? Were they not even officially broken up when Perkins asked Alex about the "incident"? Are we to understand that they just stopped talking to each other, or what? Are they still roommates at Meredith's?



4. what DO LEXIE AND MARK DO AND SAY after Alex has walked out on the "incident", for god's sakes? (And BTW - is it really standard procedure to get committed straight into psych, against your will, for making a scene like that? Or did her rage grow worse after the premature cut away from the scene?)



5. when and how did she CHANGE HER HAIR color back to brunette? How did Alex and Mark react? And the others?



6. did Alex, Lexie, Mark ever talk about her breakdown?



7. what the hell did she tell Perkins that got her cleared? (for the second time?)



8. and most importantly, did she ever tell Perkins (or anyone else) how close she got to being killed? Does the flashback mean that she reported it or that she's hiding it?



9. how does Mark find out that Lexie is cleared for surgery, and does he say anything to her before he just storms into Alex's session with Perkins?



10. At a social occasion like the wedding, are we to conclude that Mark and Lexie would not say a single word to each other all evening long?

I still can't believe the extent of the gaps they left us with. If I only missed something that was actually answered, please let me know.

Let's hope that they plan to deal with these questions as season 7 unfolds.
