Spring Break!
Yay it is finally Spring Break. It is nice not to think about work for a few days. I moved into my new apartment. Wow, is it big! I think it is the biggest place I've ever lived. I have a stocked lake outside my back door, stackable washer/dryer (someone please help me find the lint filter!), giant tub, giant back patio, 900 sq feet, dishwasher, giant pantries (notice the multiple pantries), a red accent wall (perfect for matching my decor), tons of lights with dimmers, walk-in closet, a garden, covered parking, a putting green...the list goes on and on. it is huge!
I haven't stayed there yet...this morning they had to repaint because they did a crap touch up job, and I bought new furniture today which I'm waiting for it to be assembled tomorrow so I can actually unpack stuff and have a place to put it.
E is overworking himself. He has worked 7 days a week for over 2 months straight. I keep telling him he needs to take a day to rest, but he doesn't know what to do with his spare time. He gets restless and anxious. Maybe since I'm moving out, he'll realize the value of taking days off to spend time with me!
It's raining HARD here. I hope the lights don't go out. I will be pissed. I won't be able to research and it will make reading hard.
