A recommended recipe for the cooks on my friends list:
Chupe de Pollo con Chipotle w/Cornbread & Mesquite Honey The soup is spicy, and the pureed veggies in the broth make it healthy and tasty. The touch of cream in the soup and the honey with the cornbread offset the chipotles very nicely. (As a sidenote, I use a
hand blender for this rather than a traditional blender. It makes it a lot easier to make and there's less clean-up afterward.)
Also- a question for all the barflies and sports fans out there. Saturday is supposed to be rainy and slightly cold. Can anyone recommend a good coffee drink or hot toddy appropriate for keeping us warm while we watch some
