so far today i have had

*half a carb solutions shake :75
*half of a protien bar :135
*some roll thing from school :300
*apple juice :90

so that 600 cal. woo its not even noon and i have already maxed out my cals for today.
so no more food untill tommarrow..
i wont get home untill 9:00 but i am doing palities tonight
i am going to start running in the morning as soon as i get some clothes.. well the truth is i just really need a sports bra, i have one but is way to big.. and that kinda defeats the perpouse... (well maybe i can shrink it,, its brandnew and hasn't been washed yet and maybe it will shrink) heheh <-- me thinking aloud..

can you believe that i have had the winsor palities dvds for like ayear now and i have not even done them once! omg what the hell is my problem.. you have to do them if you want them to work Violet!! duh

so in two weeks im going to find out how much weight i can lose by doing palities and running with a 400 to 600 cals a day diet! wish me luck!

well if that works then i will run tommarrow morning.. hehehe
i need to set a new weekly goal....
ok ok this week goal is to lose at least 3 lbs..
and if i lose more then i will be very very happy!!!!
and im just starting today so i have 5 days to lose three pounds--thats a piece of cake... hahaha a piece of cake im not going to eat!
