Need more sleep....

I've been doing some reading on how to get a better night's sleep and many sources say you need to prep your body so that it knows when it's time to sleep. That means, wind-down time before bed.

So...since I've been waking up feeling miserable and have been exhausted lately, tonight I've decided to do an experiment to see if adjusting my eveing routine and sleep schedual will prove to be beneficial.

Procedure: Tonight I will spend no longer than 1 hour watching television/ on the computer. At 8:30pm I will have a warm bath (maybe with lavendar bubbles!) At 9:00 I will have a glass of milk then get dressed for bed/brush my teeth. At 9:30pm I will take a moment to write out all the stuff that pissed me off today, or anything I'm stressing about so that I won't think about it when I go to sleep. At 9:45pm I'llI try relxing in my room, maybe listen to some music and try to feel "sleepy." At 10pm I will be in bed and hopefully soon after, sleeping....

Well, I guess I'll see how it goes...maybe I'll actually get a good night's sleep tonight!
