Blah
I think that an update may be appropriate seeing as I'm extremely bored and it's a crappy Monday morning. Friday went from super fun to super horrible when I drank too much at Carter's place and felt sick the rest of the night.
Saturday was spent "recovering" from the night before. I don't remember the last time I felt so sick! I'd like to say I'll never drink again because I think it would be better to say I'll never drink like THAT again!
Sunday I went with Jenn, Sandra and Kevin to Edge Fest 2. We didn't have to pay for tickets because Jenn got them for free from a woman she works with so it was a pretty sweet deal. We met up with Erica and Trish. It was Erica's 19th so we extended Birthday wishes and grabbed a seat at the Molson Ampitheatre for a day of music and gross weather conditions. Ill Scarlett played an awesome set, with the exception of the first song that is. The sound guys kinda screwed up a bit and we couldn't hear vocals until the second song. Story of the Year and Hawthorne Heights played. I'm not a huge fan of either of these bands but the lead singer of Hawthorne Heights was semi-appealing and I thought he was kinda cute in an emo-straightedge sort of way. I wish we could've stayed a little longer to catch the end of The All American Rejects set. I don't really listen to the band much, but a few years ago their debut album became my summer soundtrack and seeing them live made me want to pop it in my cd player again. I guess I'll have to hunt through my cd collection tonight and find it.
Anyways it's time to work....blah.
