Raggedy Ann is pretty damn scary looking.

And I love how they put ham in quotes on the second recipe. I just picture all those fathers choking down this delightful dish served up them by their smiling children.

Spam is another of those things that I like the taste, but hate the texture.

the more i see of this cookbook the more i'm sure i have it....or had it...i know that raggedy ann salad!!

darn it! this is gonna end up with me combing thru dozens of cook books to find it! :)

It's about 8½ by 10½ with a bright cardboard cover held on by a heavy spiral ring. I'm sure you have it. I think every mom from that era probably had it.

hmmm....i dunno if i recall the spiral ring....i thought it was booklet form....

will hunt!!! now my quest has a purpose! ;)

Nope, hardcover with the spirals semi-concealed in the binding, not a full loose-leaf. I think the background color of the cover is yellow. Dammit, I am going to end up buying this on eBay at this rate.
