This is the salad I tried to make more often as a tot. I also made the following a few times. The pineapple did a lot to cut the taste of the Spam.




Come to think of it, when I bake a ham steak I still do sort of the same thing. I spread mustard over the top of it and toss on several pineapple rings before running it under the broiler. I guess this may be where I got that from.
