in deleting my myspace account, i had this to say in the comment section:

thank you for helping me realize how much i miss meeting strangers and chance encounters with new faces. or how much i love post cards rather than emails...what it means to take a risk in starting conversations, and that my digital camera is better used capturing sunsets than drunk face shots.

i think we all let this get a little out of control.
