Too Far to Turn Back
I just found out today, Nathaniel Johnstone left Abney Park! I saw on Facebook that they posted a picture of a new violinist, and I thought, that can't be right. Sure enough, Johnstone decided to leave the band and work on his own stuff. This is kind of disappointing since he was my favorite member. He's incredibly talented, he can play the violin, guitar, mandolin, banjo, and practically any string instrument.
I'm sure the band won't fall apart, but it's still sad that Johnstone isn't going to be a part of Abney Park anymore. I'm just glad that I was able to see them perform with him last summer and had the chance to talk to him.
