Now, is he worth all this fuss? Are you certain that the other person likes him? Are they ever going to move on it? Has anyone confirmed interest? Does he like you?
If you can answer all the questions in a way that doesn't make you crazy then ask him to the movies or something. Couldn't hurt. After all, the worst thing that can happen is he says no. And that's not really so bad.
