It is with great sorrow that we confirm two Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officers were shot and killed in the line of duty late Saturday, March 31, 2007. Officer Sean Clark died at 12:14 AM and Officer Jeffrey Shelton passed away at 4:06 AM. April 1, 2007. Both officers were assigned to the North Tryon Division.Officer Sean Clark's ( Read more... )
