There was a power cut last night (right in the middle of Eureka as they were firing up a massive magnetic field generator which was strangely disconcerting) and I found it hard to sleep with no fan so I've felt pretty knackered today. I've put my tree up with the now traditional glass planets and various spaceships. I now have seven: Liberator, Red Dwarf, Starbug, and assorted Babylon 5 ships. I put my tree up today and decorated it with wooden apples, planets glass balls and spaceships. I've had the Liberator on it for the last three or so years and added five Babylon 5 vessels last year (Babylon 5 itself, a Narn fighter, a Centauri heavy warship, a Centauri transport, and a Minbari flyer). I never had a Christmas tree until a couple of years ago when I saw some beautiful glass ornaments in a shop and had to buy a tree to put them on. I got an artificial one as I hate the idea of killing a baby tree then displaying the poor dead thing for a month.
