Stars Wars Manga 1 and 2 - scans of gorgeous Luke/Vader panels
I caved. I bought Star Wars Manga 1: Black and Star Wars Manga 2: Silver by Tokyopop from Amazon. And they are made of win.
Most of the stories focus on Vader. Perfect Evil is beautifully drawn. In it Vader has an illegitamate apprentice (Tao) who, if you're of a mind, you can see as a substitute son and, if you're me, pretend for a moment is Luke because the pictures are so evocative. Plus there's some lovely references to Luke, and Vader thinking about Luke.
I thought I'd picspam some of the highlights because there's so much to love. There are spoilers under the cut - obviously - and about 1MB of pics.

Vader discovers who destroyed the Death Star:
And reacts....
And remembers the boy from the Death Star hangar:

And swears to go after him:
This is the kid Vader picked up and decided to train:
The kids sneaks up on him (from Manga1):
And then pisses Vader off for telling he seems happy (Vader's been thinking about the pilot who destroyed the Death Star...!):
After rejecting the kid when he found out about Luke, Vader turns on him on Palpatine's orders - he doesn't want to, but can't control his body. This is a beautiful image.
And he hurts him:
He's pretty much dead:
... and then (after a bit) he dies:
