it's a feeling i've had many times before

Aaaaaaaand, I wake up yet again full of springy pollen-y fun goodness, but I swear it's worse today (the difference between water in your shoes and ice in your shoes, or dirt and mud. Today being ice and mud, if you know what I mean).

On a good note, major huge rain today (yay! for thunder and I hold out hope for lightning tonight) which is littering everywhere with those red teensy flowery things that I think are from the oak trees (can't see through the watery-ness to see them actually on a tree).

And a little accomplished so far today, but it looks like I really took this 'three day weekend' thing to heart. I'm just trying not to think about having to wake up for work no later than 0400 tomorrow...

And I just have to say that I think it's really funny that I was catching up on The Amazing Race (as in, listening to it with half an ear cuz I'm really just not into it this season, to be frank), and one of their tasks was to do with Morse Code (they were in France doing WWI-era stuff), and then dad called for a few minutes and the baby got his hands on the phone and started pushing random buttons (as he loves to do). It was like my very own morse code.

And now I need to blow my nose, switch wash, make some more tea, blow my nose, clean up my dvr, make a sandwich, blow my nose, drink more water and tea, take a nap (yes, even though it's nearly 4 pm, I'm going to nap. deal with it), and blow my nose.

I now return you to your regularly scheduled internet searching/procrastinating...

ETA (6.30 pm)

I get two weeks behind in my Chuck-watching, and Shit Happens. Morgan knows! Awesome decides to run. Casey's a double agent! (did anybody really buy it? but still...) Casey's a Romantic! Casey's a DAD! Casey's a Civilian! (and the last four are all in one episode) Not to mention the scary Fearless!Chuck face. Gotta love a show that doesn't take itself too seriously, but can still remember there are things to be serious about...

sometimes i really hate spring, chuck, amazing race, huck, allergies
