Just a quick note...
Got my roommate assigned finally. Some girl from Allentown, PA named Julia. She seems nice and athletic, and I hope we will get along well. She may also be able to help me find my way around PA! She has a boyfriend back home, and seems to like pink quite a bit - I think she will be nice, but that's only judging from her email. Anyway, we meet in real life in just a little less than three weeks. We have a room in Holland Hall, which (unfortunately) is an all girls dorm...But it should be OK...There are lots of guys in the neighboring dorms!
I leave for Pittsburgh two weeks from this Sunday. Where did the time go? I still have a bunch of packing to do, and about a zillion medical and dental appointments to keep...And then I want to fit in some time with friends - there aren't enough hours in the day, it seems.
In other news, my boss bitch-smacked me, and I am going to quit my ultra-degrading job (though high-paying) in favor in Barnes and Noble next summer. I don't care if I have to work 80 hours a week to get the same amount of money - nobody should have to put up with that (or so my parents say...).
