Only two more days left
until Glasgow! Yesterday I visited Old Schoolfriend and borrowed a trunk(?) from her. I still have to get a travel insurance, which I'll be getting today after work and exchange money, and, of course, pack my bags. I'm still working on a list of what all I will need with me.
I had a vague recollection that I still had some English coins left from my last visit to Britain (about 10 years ago). When I checked, I actually had some coins, plus some Bank of Scotland pound notes. Well, I am going to Scotland, so I'll be able to use them there :).
I travel so rarely that I'm already getting anxious that everything will go ok and I will make it safely to the hotel in Glasgow & everything :/. By Thursday morning I'll probably be a nervous wreck... Luckily my sister promised that she'd drive me to the airport, so I don't have to get there by bus.
I thought of borrowing my sister's digital camera, but I think I'll take my regular one with me instead. Pics from the con will have to wait until I get them developed and scanned.
