We were supposed to do these yesterday, but never got around to it. But since the pastry dough was already unfrozen, I had to use it today. My sister's recipe:
1 package of pastry dough/puff pastry dough (voitakina, don't know the correct English term, picked this from an online translator) rolled thin
spread a thin layer of Sweet Thai Chili Sauce on the dough
sprinkle on some basil
sprinkle on some grated cheese (+ some Blue cheese if you like it)
Roll the dough into a roll (either one way or starting from both sides) and cut the roll into about 1 cm slices. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake in about 225˚C until nicely brown.
