Boys Over Flowers 11
Just a word of warning to anyone who isn't familiar with the HYD story: I'm writing all this from the viewpoint that I know the Junpei storyline and what is behind some of the happening in this episode.
Jan Di really is a bit dim, not realizing anything is wrong with the setup at the photographer's :P. Who takes pictures like that for "study books to be used in cram schools"?!
And what happened to the fierce Jan Di? Of course this scene conveniently allows the Junpei character to "rescue" her and so make her acquaintance. He's playing mystery man and is refusing to tell her his name at this meeting, even though he clearly knows who she is.
And next day she finds out that he's a mysterious popular young model named Ha Je.
LOL! Jan Di is like some kind of bloodhound sniffing for food on the school grounds. And when she sees the unattended cooking, she immediately goes for it. Until the one who was cooking comes into the room...
And of course it's the guy who saved her... Lee Jae Ha. He's rather cute. And reminds me of someone... Kingone! He looks a bit like Kingone, that's it.
Oh yes, he's plotting revenge underneath that meek looking exterior...
All that lying is really going to come back to Jan Di :P. Saying it's Ga Eul's birthday and that she's staying with her... What happened to the honest and forthright Jan Di?
But it looks like Jun Pyo is trying really hard (maybe a bit too hard), but it seems that Jan Di is evading all his attempts. He looks so frustrated by the way she's refusing everything he tries to do for her.
I wonder what Ga Eul left on Yi Jeon's door this time?
Uh oh, Jun Pyo apparently told the F3 that it's Jan Di's birthday, so Yi Jeon bought gifts for her. For a while I was wondering why he was looking for a cake, etc. Still, pink heart-shaped cake! Yi Jeon, aren't you going a bit far for one who claims that nice girls are just trouble...
Heh, Jae Ha is totally drawing Jan Di into his trap. He's clearly arranged it so that the photographer asks Jan Di to take a few pictures and then when he mentions to her how much it would pay, of course, she's tempted...

Hmm, when Ji Hoo see that commercial with Ha Je, it looks like he immediately recognizes the guy from somewhere...
Heh, he's speaking about his brother, the guy that Jan Di saved in the beginning of the series, but of course she doesn't know that...
LOL! BFF spending the weekend together - Jun Pyo conked out on the bed and Ji Hoo watching some foreign film :). This could look really slashy...
Heh, Jan Di is making her morning paper deliveries with Jae Ha. They appear to have become fast friends surprisingly quickly!
Ji Hoo is right to be upset with the way Jan Di lied to his best friend, especially seeing that it looks like she spent the night with some other guy. And even though he says he will not mention anything to Jun Pyo, his disapproval is enough to make Jan Di feel bad and maybe think a bit about what she's doing.
Hah, Jun Pyo, you are such a dork!
Heeeeee!!!!!! Yi Jeon is wearing those hand warmers Ga Eul gave him!!!!! Even though they look extremely silly with his suit :D.
Looks like the pictures from the photoshoot are all over, and of course all the girls in the school are going crazy with jealousy... And then in comes Jae Ha (in his Ha Je look) and takes Jan Di away with him.
LOL!!! Do those four have a classroom of their own?!! With those big name signs on each table XD. *roffle*
Uh oh, I can already predict that Jun Pyo will not be pleased with the pictures...
And immediately afterwards, seeing Jan Di with the other guy... So, of course, he goes into a jealous rage and reacts with his typical violent way, only reinforcing Jae Ha's already negative view of him as a violent jerk who drove his twin almost to suicide.
Why isn't Jan Di doing anything to stop Jun Pyo? She started out so brave and fearless, but in this episode she has just been waffling around on the verge of tears almost all the time :P. I want the strong Jan Di back!!!
Seeing Jun Pyo behave regularly like this, it's no wonder Jan Di is more than hesitant of committing into a serious relationship with him. His violent outbursts and erratic behaviour can be really scary at times!
Like Jan Di says, it's tiring never knowing what is going to happen next. So I understand why she says that she wishes she could return to the time before she knew any of the F4.
Heh heh, fake red mark time. Naturally everybody believes it's a real one, especially after the way Jun Pyo and Jan Di broke up.
Jae Ha seems to be there constantly to save her, while at the same time trying to make it seem like it's Jun Pyo that is personally threatening her... Which she refuses to believe.
This just doesn't fit Jun Pyo's way of doing things. He's the one gloating behind the scenes and watching the harassment from cameras, but he doesn't really dirty his hands himself. He may beat someone up in a fit of rage, but he doesn't go for the kind of mean tricks that the rest of the students seem to enjoy.
Heh, Detective Ji Hoo seems to be investigating the matter as well :D. I think he's been suspicious ever since he recognized Jae Ha from somewhere. Maybe he actually remembers the twin that almost killed himself?
So he goes to Jan Di about it and asks if she really thinks it is Jun Pyo. She seems a bit uncertain, even though her gut feeling is that it is not his style. But then... EEEE!!!
"It's because of him that I sent you off." OMG!!! Is Ji Hoo actually CONFESSING??!!! OMG! YES HE IS!
He's saying he didn't even start anything because of Jun Pyo (*cough* and now my mind went to an evil slashy place again :P...)
Wow, the usually calm and mainly expressionless Ji Hoo is actually looking nervous during this scene!
Ahhh, Ji Hoo!!!!
Heh, of course, it's Jae Ha to the rescue again. He's planned all this quite carefully!
Why the heck do they always need to take out the batter from the phone when they don't want to answer it?! I've never understood this detail in all the Asian dramas. Can't they just switch the phone off?!
Oooohhh!!! He does have a deal with Evil Mom like some rumours indicated. It's not just revenge, it's money as well.

Hee! Ga Eul is worried about Jan Di, so she goes to the F3, and Yi Jeon in particular, for help :). Looks like Jan Di didn't show up at work and she can't find her anywhere.
Heh, all of F3 go into full search mode at the news :D.
Heh, again she wakes up in a strange bed without having no idea how she got there... I wouldn't be at all surprised if she was having flashback to the last time this happened to her :P.
Jae Ha is still trying to convince her that Jun Pyo was behind it all, but she refuses to believe him and defends her boyfriend. She admits that he used to care for nobody outside the F4, but that he has changed to the better - at least a bit.
Heh, just look at all those pictures of himself he has over the walls. Looks like he's a bit full of himself as well.
Trying to convince Jan Di into giving Jun Pyo up and trying to kiss her forcibly isn't convincing her at all. And since this way didn't work, he drugs her again, so that he can use her to lay a trap against Jun Pyo.

And when the F3 arrive at the place, he's already gone.
Poor Jan Di, she looks so betrayed when she learns that Jae Ha was behind it all.
No, it's not Kingone after all, though there is a resemblance to him as well, especially with some expressions. It's really bothering me who he's reminding me of. I have a feeling like it's someone from Taiwan though. I just can't put my finger on it :P...
