Since the softsubs for this episode were released yesterday, I'm reading them in my word processor while watching this episode - at least that way I'll get a better understanding of what is going on...

I'm envious of Yamapi's thick dark eyelashes as well! He's so pretty it's unfair. XD Mikio and Tsuru about killed me with their costumes. :P Rei's father video part really killed me. I was crying quite a bit. It was so touching! Though same time i was thinking of poor Ken-zou. :( I thought Chibi Ken-zou and Rei are adorable as well. Especially Chibi Ken-zou! :) I think i got misty when he said he will take responsibility for Rei. <3 I really love how touching this series is. Even though with each episode it becomes more and more heartbreaking there's always a touching scene. I'm really thinking of burning this for my mom to see. I already introduced her to Shun and Matsujun from Hanadan. Maybe it's time for her to meet Yamapi. XD Okay, maybe it's just an excuse for me to rewatch this. :P You already know how the promos are killing me so I will end it here. I hope i'll make it until it's time for us to chat while refreshing prodai thread on daddicts. :P

Now that I've finallly calmed down enough, I'm getting back to comments. I don't want to spoil the finale on this post, so I'm just commenting on ep. 10. Stll one reflection on the drama as a whole is that I loved how they combined the comedic moments with the more sad ones. Every episode had at least some comedy to relieve the tension and angst that might have been going on at the time.

The chibi versions of Ken and Rei were absolutely adorable! And the scene where he said he would take care of Ren was very touching, but also made me grin like mad :).

I suspect you are now rethinking whether to burn it for your mom or not. I think might still be worth it, because there are so many good moments in this drama.

I really thought I would see some comments on the finale on lj but nothing yet. I don't think anyone has posted it either. I'll check to see if a torrent is up once I post this comment. Oh, I'm so sleepy! I had a hard time sleeping despite being so tired! I couldn't stop thinking. :( I agree. They always had some comic relief in between the heart breaking. It's a very touching series.

I really love that scene as well!

You read my mind!! Yeah, I think we still need to see the finale with subs to really decide about this series. I also wonder if how I feel about it would change if i saw all the episodes together. I think I'll wait a awhile at least until LS finale out before I decide to burn or not.

Are you planning on seeing raw for the finale?

I guess this series has had a surprisingly low number of people who would follow it raw. I suspect there will be quite a few more comments one the softsubs and the LoveSong subs are available. But for now, it's surprisingly quiet!

I will still withhold my judgment, before I see the final episode myself, but I don't think it will get much better even with seeing it :P. From what I read, the speech is going to be quite moving and weepy, but that's that :P.

Yes, I'm still planning on getting the raws.

firstly, I just want to say thanks for all your reviews on ProDai...they are really great and it amuses me for hours:P:P
Oh...this episode is sooo good...but I haven't seen it with subs...Tsuru and Eri are sooo kawaii in this. I am so pumped for the finale it's not even funny..OH.MY.GOD.

I think I will watch the liveblogging bcoz I am a drama freak and I need to know what happens:P:P
I hope sooo badly that they get together...I would really cry if they didn't:(
BTW, is it just me or does younger Ken look like a mixed younger Akanishi Jin and Kame from KaT-Tun...lol...
Ohh...I love Rei's mum!! She's soo sweet and adorable and I really like the closeness and good nature and nice atmosphere. It is very calming and nice that everyone in this drama is nice( I mean Tada is, IMO the "villian" but not because he is bad...just bcoz he breaks up the OTP)...so it's not hard rooting for people. Even Eri, who was really mean to Tsuru at first, you can tell is actually a very nice person:P)

The softsubs are already out, if you can use them. They can be found at d-addicts or at lunargen's LJ.

Tsuru and Eri were extremely cute in this, as were the younger versions of Ken and Rei. You are right that everybody in this drama seems very nice, even Tada. Tada could be good for Rei, but he is no Ken, and we all know that Ken is the one that Rei should be with.

Have you read the spoilers for the last episode. I don't want to say anything more, if you haven't. allbloomedout and I read the liveblogs at d-addicts and kept IMing about the episode while it was airing. I still have to see it, though...
