Fun At Work
So just before I left today my hubby comes down to my office and he is snickering. I'm like, what's so funny? He tells me that the 3-11 shift guy came in and was laughing about something (highly unusual for him, he's kinda the silent type). Hubby wanted to know why. Apparently, someone had called last night to tell him that someone had changed the blinky light up arrow sign for the restaurant from "*restaurant name* Open 7-11 5-9" to "Penis 7-11 5-9" and it was still like that.
Hubby thought it was hysterical (we think a high school sports team that was in this weekend did it). I was torn between laughing my ass off and being the dictator manager that everyone thinks I am and demanding to know why he didn't immediately go fix it, or tell the restaurant staff to go fix it.
Oddly enough, most of the staff drives by that sign and no one noticed. Guess we've just become immune to what is around us at work.
