As much as Deidara would love to leave Tsuande down in his basement to starve to death, he can't. So after leaving her down there for a few days without an yfood or water, and only going down there to keep her drugged, Deidara is finally ready to pay his guest a visit with food.
After making sure Hana is asleep Deidara sneaks down to the basement with a plate full of food and a bottle of sake, all of it drugged, not like Tsuande needs to know.
He doesn't bother with turning on the basement lights, he knows it well enough to be able to move around in the dark.
Deidara yanks off Tsuande's gag but makes no move to lossen her bindings.
"You can scream and damn me to hell all you want, go a head the basement is sound proof. . .but if you do so," pauses to hold up the bottle of sake in front of Tsuande's face, " I won't give you this, and instead of letting you eat, I'll just drug you again,un. Understand?"
