Rent is 250 per person, plus water (around $40 a month), electricity (less than $50, bi-monthly), and internet ($12 month). 3 bedroom apartment, and the rate is four 4 people, so it's most cost-effective if two of the roommates are dating or friends enough to share a room.
Something few Shepherd students know is that, if you drop out of on-campus housing, you get a refund check for the total of your remaining stay, and the total more than enough to pay for rent.
