Introductory post
vid_the_grid is based on the numerous fic prompt table communities that you can find all over LJ. But why should authors have all the fun? In this community, the idea is to extend the fun to vidders too.
The community idea is as simple as:
1. Choose your table
Once you've decided on a prompt table you'd like to complete, post it in your own journal and...
2. Stake your claim
It's up to you as to how broad or restrictive your claim is. You can choose a single character, a single fandom, a group of fandoms or an entire genre. Make vids that are inspired in some way by the prompts in your table. They must be new vids and there has to be one vid per prompt.
3. Post your vids
Post a link to each finished vid in the community to let us know how you're table is coming along.
