No luck so far with finding a buddy to cross-country ski with.
Everyone tells me they would be happy to go real skiiing or snowboarding.
I tell them, "you don't understand. I want all of the hard work and none of the thrills."
I would like to try snow-shoeing first because I am told that even cross-country skiing involves sliding down hills at some point.
