Redoing "Barely Breathing"
Hey guys!
I know its been year since I last updated and just want to let everyone in on whats going on. If anyone actually reads my blog at all. Mostly, I've just been working, moving, and going to school constantly. And writing, while relaxing, has been the last thing on my mind. Especially since I have come to a crossroads with my main story Barely Breathing. And its something I've been debating for the last few updates in fact.
I will be redoing the entire story of Barely Breathing, mainly because I don't like where its at right now. But don't worry, at its heart its the same fundamental plot.
- An age difference
- Over coming social expectations
- Dealing with jealous/overprotective friends
- Finding that person who balances life
Its just as I got older the plot felt more and more childish and forced. Thus I plan to go through and rework/condense story elements. Plus now that its been several years since I started the story I actually have an idea of where all of the characters are life wise and can restructure the story to work around real life events.
Also, with this reworking I will try and have most of the story if not all finished before I start publishing it. So look forward to December for the next update. Also, I think I will be posting the story to Mibba exclusively from now on. Its just less of a headache. I know some people have been reading it on Livejournal as well.
The really question is do I keep the story page? Everyone will continue to be updated like before, but I will remove all chapters and added the new ones accordingly. Please leave me a comment and let me know your feelings.
