Vietnamese-Style Beef Marinade

The possibilities for this meat marinade are endless, use your imagination!

Vietnamese-Style Beef Marinade:
Ingredients:
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce (or teriyaki sauce depending on your preference) 
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
2 tsp. mild honey
10 oz. beef tenderloin, cut into thin strips

Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, oil, honey, and ginger. Add the beef and toss to coat. Marinade 20 minutes before cooking.
